Services are available for hourly, daily, monthly, and event-based bookings.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate booking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or external conditions.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during use.

Affiliations and Drivers

We work with top taxi services in the UAE to ensure reliable transport.

Private drivers working with us must comply with our service standards and local regulations.

Refund Policy

At Dynamic Way Transportation, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we have implemented the following refund policy to manage cancellations and modifications.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (for services booked more than seven days in advance) are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours before the service date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.

No-shows or failure to be present at the agreed pick-up location.

Changes or cancellations due to delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, or local restrictions) that are beyond our control.

Services booked on special occasions (holidays, events, VIP bookings) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Modifications to Bookings

Modifications to bookings (such as changes to date, time, or vehicle type) are subject to availability.

Any changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated, depending on availability.

Refunds will not be issued for modified bookings that result in a lesser service value.

Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
